How it all Started
I’m Pete Kerbel, owner and founder of True Industrial. I’ve been part of the heat treatment industry since 2008, drawn to it by its constant evolution and the people who shape it—from small business owners to global corporations. It’s an industry where you never stop learning, and every company has a story. When I founded True Industrial in 2022, my goal was clear: to collaborate with businesses that share my values—service, performance, and long-term support. Representing top-tier manufacturers and combining that with a consultative approach allows me to serve as an extension of the client.
